Ryan Dobbs, FNP-BC

Ryan Dobbs is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner who brings a practical, thoughtful approach to primary care. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Ryan served in the United States Army as a combat medic in an infantry unit. That experience helped shape his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Ryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and his graduate degree from Colorado State University Pueblo. At Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care, he enjoys providing personalized care and building lasting relationships with patients throughout the Colorado Springs community.

He values listening carefully, explaining things clearly, and working with patients to create realistic plans that fit their lives. His style is approachable and straightforward, and he believes good medical care should feel like a conversation, not a lecture.

Ryan is especially passionate about creating an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and being honest about their health. He takes his role seriously without taking himself too seriously, which helps patients feel at ease from the moment they meet him.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys training for ultramarathons, playing guitar, traveling around the world, tackling home improvement projects, and spending time with his family and dog.
