Jennifer Novotny, FNP-BC

Jenn Novotny is a Family Nurse Practitioner in Denver, Colorado, dual board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Colorado Christian University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2017. She began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner in internal medicine before transitioning to primary care.

Jenn is a U.S. Navy veteran who served on active duty prior to pursuing her career in healthcare. In 2020, she became the owner and solo provider of Community Supported Family Medicine, her own Direct Primary Care practice, managing all aspects of the practice both clinically and operationally. This experience deepened her appreciation for the Direct Primary Care model and the relationships that develop when providers have the time and accessibility to truly know their patients.

Jenn joined Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care in 2026, where she continues to provide personalized, relationship-based primary care. Originally from California, she has called Colorado home since 2008. Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending time with her sons and her black Lab, Harper. She is also a sports car enthusiast and enjoys the Colorado lifestyle.
